  5. Location Data Includes geo-location information used to ensure attendance accuracy when You use Our Service.

We acquire and collect Your Personal Data in several ways, such as:

  1. We obtain Your Personal Data directly from the employee records registered by Your organization's human resources department. This includes Personal Data that has been within Our Service are directly registered by Your organization's human resources department.
  2. We gather information through the devices you utilize, which may include but is not limited to location data, unique device IDs, and application version numbers. Location data is only collected when the application is in use, specifically when the user is making attendance. These measures are implemented to ensure accuracy and relevance in the collection of your Personal Data, thereby upholding the integrity of our services.

Use Of Your Personal Data

For the Personal Data we collect, we may utilize it for the following purposes or other purposes as required or permitted by applicable law:

  1. Used for App Functionality.
  2. Usage of main features in Our Service as attendance management system, we may collect and store Your Personal
  3. Data in the form of selfies for verifying user identity during attendance entries. This biometric data ensures that attendance records are accurate and secure, preventing fraud and confirming that only authorized individuals are logging their attendance.
  4. Monitoring and analyzing Your activities and behavior and the usage of features that available on Our Service.
  5. Handling and resolving technical issues on operational problems that occur on Our Services

We understand the importance of transparency regarding the retention of Personal Data specifically face data (selfie photos) within our Service. Face data is stored for a specific duration of 3 (three) years following its initial capture. This retention period is determined based on our operational needs, primarily for the purpose of verifying attendance and ensuring security within our Service.

The chosen duration strikes a balance between fulfilling our operational requirements and respecting user privacy. After the specified period, face data is securely deleted from our systems to uphold privacy standards and prevent unnecessary data retention.

  • Update Personal Data: If any of your personal information is incorrect or has changed, you have the right to request an update.
  • Account Management: If you wish to disable your account, usually in the event of resignation or termination of employment, you can make a request through the Human Resource Department. They manage user accounts and will assist you in deactivating, delete and/or destroy Your Personal Data as per your request.
